JuryVoice™ is a mock trial service through which case summaries and presentable pertinent questions are answered by a real jury, via the Internet.

JuryVoice™ allows you to present cases through a four-step process.

1 Case Preparation
  • Collect general case information (parties, venue, etc.)

  • Determine members of the trial team who need to access your case

  • Outline the undisputed facts of the case

  • Outline separate plaintiff and defendant arguments

  • Develop demonstrative exhibits in .jpg or .gif format

  • Develop multiple choice or fill-in-the-blank questions for jurors
 
2 Upload & Review
  • Provide members of the trial team with access to the case

  • Enter undisputed facts of the case into JuryVoice™

  • Enter plaintiff and defendant arguments, with supporting demonstrative exhibits

  • Configure verdict questions, including plaintiff and defendant best arguments, and actual and punitive damage definitions

  • Enter customized multiple choice or fill in-the-blank questions

  • Review all information online, prior to submission for juror response
 
3 Juror Evaluation
  • Jurors undergo screening process to ensure unbiased and impartial opinions

  • Jurors are instructed to respond immediately once you submit the case

  • Jurors read stipulated facts, plaintiff and defendant summaries, and view demonstratives

  • Juror responses are collected immediately

  • Attorneys can log on at any point to get status of juror responses

  • Attorneys are notified when all responses arecomplete
 
4 Feedback Analysis
  • Immediately view all case results online, once the last juror responds to your case

  • All collected juror responses are made available to trial team via JuryVoice™ Web site

  • Additional analysis of case available in easy-to read graphs and charts
