• How do I begin to assess the monetary value, if any, of this case?
  • How do I find out what real jurors think about my case?
  • Are my case themes correct, and where are the weaknesses?
  • Which arguments are most appealing to jurors?
  • Do jurors understand and like my exhibits?
  • What are the pre-existing beliefs of jurors in this venue?

  • The goal of jury research is to answer questions like:

Answers to these questions, from the eyes of jurors, are critical to a trial team’s initial efforts towards case strategy, preparation, planning, and cost containment and budgeting. Therefore, asking the right questions at the right time is essential to paving the path to a successful settlement or trial outcome.

    Overview

JuryVoice™ is a pre-trial research service that provides valuable juror feedback to litigation teams via the power of the Internet. Specifically, attorneys and clients submit basic case information and demonstrative exhibits into JuryVoice™ online. JuryVoice™ strategically recruits jurors in the venue of your case to answer several case-specific questions, choose which side they favor, and explain their thoughts on the case. JuryVoice™ then provides a wealth of analysis regarding the jurors’ personal opinions and reactions to each party’s case position. All jury feedback is available immediately and securely once the last juror finishes responding to the case.

Experienced litigators know that the more you learn early on, the better you’ll be prepared for an impending settlement or trial proceeding. Below, we show you how JuryVoice™ applies when used as early as possible.

Including JuryVoice™ in the preparation of your case can:
    • Provide “directional discovery” to assist you in knowing issues to address during the critical discovery phase
    • Direct you to mediation
    • Justify resolution and settlement
    • Give you statistically-based satisfaction that trial is desirable or required
    Pricing

JuryVoice™ is economically priced to suit any situation where jury research is on the “wish list,” but either time constraints or other considerations prove difficult to overcome, or where budgets are a special concern. JuryVoice™’s comprehensive services are combined into three simple choices:
